May 2022Alexis and Jay are great hosts. The location of this apartment is, in my opinion, the best neighborhood in NYC. The apartment itself is super chic and well designed, with everything well stocked so you don't need to worry about a thing before arriving. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures (if not - better in real life!) and the internet was fast and reliable. Thank you very much for hosting and I look forward to returning soon.

September 2022Amazing place! This was our first long-term stay, and we absolutely loved it. Access to building was really efficient and super easy to do! Great location, close to shopping, restaurants and nightlife on the same block, and overall awesome place! The team was amazing and super helpful and responsive with any needs. For the location as well, can't beat it. Laundromat less than a block away. Would 100% stay here again!

December 2022I stayed at Fenix’s Airbnb for over 2 months and it was great. Location was spot on for living standards with groceries, laundry, and trains. Also location was accessible to all fun NYC activities.
I was alone in my unit working remote as well with the perfect amount of space and the esthetic details made it comfortable and homey for my stay.
Highly recommend!

Alexis and Jay responded extemely fast and fixed everything the same day (and even sent me complementary tea, which was very thoughtful)! The apartment is also beautifully decorated with high quality furniture. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
