June 2023The apartment matches the photos; the decor is very well maintained; communication with the host is quick; the place is very busy, especially on weekends, with 2 bars very close by, but it didn't bother us; we even liked it. Those with mobility issues should be aware of the stairs. For us, it wasn't a problem either. Our stay was peaceful. It's a place that makes you want to come back. I thank the host for his attention.

July 2023The location is great, by just walking a few steps you have tons of things to do around the area. The apartment itself is in great condition, even though the building might look a bit old from the outside the apartment has been renovated from the inside. Everything was fine during our stay, no issues at all. I would only say it can be a bit difficult if you have problems with stairs since it was on the 5th floor.

November 2023We loved Fenix’s place in Nolita! Perfect for our one month stay in NYC as digital nomads. The apartment is even better than the photos. The surrounding area is so fantastic with so many great restaurants and things to do in walking distance. We loved it here.
