- Guests have exclusive access to the duplex, including the private terrace. The backyard is not included and is reserved for the ground floor unit.
- For stays longer than 30 days, a required monthly cleaning fee of $325, billed separately, applies after the first 30 days and every month thereafter.
- This is a strictly smoke-free home. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the patio. Any violation will result in the loss of the security deposit.
- Please treat the home with care and respect, as you would your own. Following the house rules helps us maintain a high standard and continue providing a great experience for all guests.
- Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially on the patio terrace after 10 PM.
- Primary guests must be 25+ to book.
- For your convenience, make-up wipes are provided. Please avoid using towels for make-up removal.
- The nearest subway (G line at Bedford-Nostrand) is about an 11-14 minute walk.
- Guests' personal mail can’t be received at the property, but deliveries (Amazon, food, etc.) are welcome.
