Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

Home Truths:

• Please note that the neighboring building will be undergoing exterior façade restoration from September through November, with anticipated completion in mid-November. During this time, access to the terrace and roof will be prohibited. While disruptions should be minimal, some noise and occasional disturbances are expected. We will share any schedule updates as they become available.
• As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000 as well as possible removal from the property.
• The home has a special collaboration with the Gallery. A very unique art pieces in the home that might need to get switched out. The gallery will provide at least 24 hour notice with their permission to enter to swap art pieces.
• Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
