- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Security Deposit Policy:
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent

July 2023Naomi was a great host. The apartment is on the most beautiful street and walking distance to everything. There is so much to explore a few blocks away and subway lines nearby.
The apartment is spacious for nyc and has great light. She did a good job of decorating. It has all that you need for an extended stay. When we had one issue in the home Naomi was responsive to address the situation.

She was a really great host, very communicative and very quick to respond to any of my texts/questions.
The place is gorgeously designed, modern but with lots of unique touches, cool art and art books, super cozy with comfortable beds and a quaint kitchen. The location is so great, right in the center of the East Village, walking distance to everything - the best restaurants, bars, venues and also very close to the subway so you can get uptown and further downtown pretty quickly. The apartment building itself is very quiet, we rarely heard any sound from neighbors, etc.
We had a great stay there and would highly recommend!
