What to expect
- Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $150 charge.
- Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
- The pool is open seasonally and will close on September 21, 2026. It is professionally cleaned and chemically balanced weekly; however, as an open-air pool, natural debris between service visits is normal. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience, and our team is always happy to assist if needed.
- Pool heating is available for an additional $75/night and is designed to maintain temperatures up to approximately 82–84°F under normal operating and weather conditions. Outdoor pool temperatures may vary based on weather, usage, and other external factors. While we make every effort to ensure the heater is functioning properly, pool heating cannot be guaranteed at a specific temperature at all times. In the unlikely event the heater is unavailable due to a mechanical or service issue, pool heating fees will be refunded. Utilities, including pool heating, are billed separately for stays over 14 nights.
- Please note that the property’s mailbox is reserved for owner use, and access to the garage and basement is not included for guests.
- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

September 2026The home was spacious, bright and airy and in mmaculate condition. Loads of amenities: top of line appliances and fixtures throughout the house, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Ideal for young families. The hosts were extremely responsive and always helpful. Easily accessible to Westhampton (and beaches), Eastport, South and East Hampton. The house is located at the intersection of two busy roads, but the property is fenced-in, private and very quiet and the surrounding neighborhood is safe and walkable. Worth noting that the home is also pet-friendly. We hope to return in the near future!

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need, and lots of games and puzzles for little ones. The Rove team was incredibly responsive and friendly. We hope to be back soon!
