- Pet Policy: Dogs younger than 1 year are allowed at this home with the expressed and written consent of Rove Travel. Cats are not permitted at this home. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their rental Agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to Occupant as an Additional Charge, together with a one-time $150 charge per stay. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house trained. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
- Landscaping, pool company, and pest control maintain a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule.
- Cats are not allowed.
- Pool Heat: If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $50/night fee.
- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
- Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

August 2026The experience was disappointing due to issues that should have been addressed before our arrival. When we arrived, we could not immediately enter because technicians were working at the property. Once inside (45minutes later), we found extensive pet hair throughout the house, along with flies. We immediately reported the condition and explained that we could not stay in the house in that state. By around 6:30 PM, we had to check out since there was no resolution.
The issues continued after checkout when we accidentally left charger. Although we contacted the host promptly on the same day, retrieving it required multiple follow-ups; ultimately retrieved it 2 days later.
Communication with this host was super stressful.
Overall, the property was not properly prepared or cleaned, communication was not proactive, and the experience was stressful. This is so far my worst Airbnb experience and I would never stay here again

August 2026Had a great stay overall. The oudoor space is beautiful and private. House was clean. Only issue was a few of the features of the home were not as fresh and new as the pics, but I understand that some guests are rough on things and beat them up. Thanks for the enjoyable stay though. All in all I would stay again.

July 2026Our family had such a great time at this home. The house itself is very cute and had everything we could have ever needed (and more). The backyard is amazing, the kids spent every second possible in the pool. If we are ever back in the area we would absolutely stay here again 😊

July 2026We loved our stay here! Our kids really enjoyed the pool and enough room for the 4 of us. The only negative we would have to say (which isn’t the owners fault, it’s just something they’ll have to fix) was that the hood vent in the kitchen was dripping water the entire time. We let the homeowner know about it. But the lights on it at night would turn on every 3ish minutes and then turn back off all night. We couldn’t figure out how to get that to stop and the water dripping made me nervous about an electrical issue and potential fire hazard. So hopefully they get that checked out soon and fixed. Other than that our stay was amazing!
