- Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a $150 charge. Maximum of one dog, less than 30 lbs. is allowed.
- Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
- The space & community: Sunset Atelier sits in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. We ask that guests honor the character of the neighborhood, no smoking, no parties. Gatherings of more than 8 guests require advance approval.
- Stays of 7+ nights: Weekly cleaning is required for stays over 7 days. Mid-stay cleans can also be arranged through our housekeeping partner for an additional $250.
- Privacy & security: The home is equipped with an alarm system, exterior security cameras, and two interior motion sensors on the ground floor for your peace of mind.
- Owner presence: In accordance with Santa Monica's Home-Sharing ordinance, the owner resides on the property. Complete privacy is guaranteed from check-in to check-out.
- Parking: Sunset Park is permit-only. Two parking passes are included, with additional passes available upon request.
- Child Policy: Please note that this home allows less than two children, ages 5 and above.
- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

The hosts were very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was incredible. Will definitely be back again!
