July 2025I stayed for a month at TaHsi's apartment. It was a cozy accommodation with ample amenities. Great location in the Lower Eastside. Some street noise on weekends. Kitchen pots/pans and cutlery all in good condition. Quiet AC and fast WiFi. Building also has a small gym with great equipment.

TaHsi is a great host, she and the people managing the apartment are very friendly and responsive. The apartment is in a new building, it’s beautifully decorated with nice furniture and modern appliances in the kitchen and bathroom. Easy to access trash room and chute on the same floor. Building has buzzer for deliveries, elevator is always available.
It is in a great location, close to the F and 6 subway, lots of amazing restaurants and bars nearby. I didn’t have any issues with noise, it was relatively quiet inside if you close the windows.

September 2024The location was impeccable there is a ton to do in the area and great restaurants and bars below!
The building comes with a gym, elevator, rooftop, and patio lounge! Great amenities.
The apartment had a outdoor patio and renovated bathroom that was super nice!
Host was nice and had a great response time,which made stay great.
things to improve:
- couch was a little small and didn't have a ton of depth
- alot of furnishings in apt that takes up space
All in all, highly reccomend though :)
