- Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
- This property accommodates up to 10 guests for families with kids, with a maximum of 8 adults.
- Please note that guests are not permitted to use the mailbox.
- The stairs to the beach are currently inoperable. The guests can use the neighbors stairs down to the beach.
- If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.
- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

June 2025We’ve stayed here a few times and really enjoy it. About a 20 minute walk from town. The only thing we wished we had this time was direct beach access.
Unfortunately, the beach stairs are closed and need to be repaired. Other than that, the place is very relaxing and well appointed.

November 2023Roger was great to work with. He was friendly and always quick to respond. He checked on us on day one and the last day. He could be reached at any time before, during, and after our stay with ease. The house had amazing views from sunrise to sunset. You can sit on the deck in front of the fire pit or in the hot tub without seeing your neighbors. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well stocked with every amenity you could need. The only issue we had was parking. But, the local police had us put signs in our cars when parked on the street so that we would not violate the no parking signs.
