Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $150 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

Home Truths:

• This property accommodates up to 10 guests for families with kids, with a maximum of 8 adults.
• Please note that guests are not permitted to use the mailbox.
• The stairs to the beach are currently inoperable. The guests can use the neighbors stairs down to the beach.
• If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.
• As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
• Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
