There are a few reasonable house rules: Quiet hours are 8 am - 11 pm; no parties; no smoking; kindly remove shoes when in the apartment; please return apartment and kitchen to the state you found it in before checking out; kindly follow recycling guidelines; and turn off lights/AC when not in apartment (apartment runs on expensive wind power).
