Welcome to The Dakota, a charming bi-level studio retreat located within Incentra in the heart of the West Village. Thoughtfully renovated and situated on the third floor facing the rear of the building, this inviting space offers a peaceful setting for your New York stay. The studio features a full-size bed, a private bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker, providing everything needed for a comfortable short- or extended-term visit.

Perfectly positioned near the West Village’s renowned cafés, boutiques, and dining destinations, guests can easily explore nearby attractions including the High Line, Hudson River Park, Chelsea Market, and the Meatpacking District. Air conditioning ensures year-round comfort, while the studio’s efficient layout and cozy atmosphere make it an ideal home base for experiencing the best of Manhattan.

Please note that Incentra is currently undergoing a full-building renovation and onboarding process, including updates to individual units and common areas. While the property is fully operational and ready to welcome guests, ongoing improvements are expected to further enhance the overall guest experience in the near future.

A Perfect Stay in New York We stayed in this apartment for five weeks, and it was an incredible experience. The space was cozy, exactly as shown in the photos, and the location couldn’t have been better. The kitchen was well-equipped, making us feel right at home. One of the biggest highlights was the spectacular view of the High Line, which we enjoyed every day. Additionally, whenever we had a minor issue, the Rove team responded immediately, which we truly appreciated. We had a wonderful time and definitely hope to repeat this experience. Highly recommended!

I had an awesome stay with Rove in Gramercy Park! The living room was very comfy and perfect for relaxing at home. We had a fantastic experience with Rove while staying at one of their managed properties in Brooklyn. Our stay began on a lovely note, welcomed by a delicious bottle of wine and a thoughtful handwritten message. The triplex was beautiful, and during our 5-week stay, the Rove team was incredibly attentive, promptly addressing our needs through their virtual concierge service. The neighborhood itself is vibrant, offering an amazing selection of bars and restaurants, and you might even spot a celebrity or two while strolling around. Highly recommend!hey also had a great work from home set up with a standing desk, office chair, monitor and keyboard. The concierge team was very helpful when needed. I would definitely stay with Rove again.
