Sleeping Spaces
For added peace of mind, the home is equipped with a whole-house backup generator, as well as impact windows and doors. Bed rails for littles also provided in closet of the room with 2 full beds. Solar heated pool that stays toasty all year round! Pack and play if requested ahead of time for any babies coming to the Florida house as well. **The pool is equipped with solar heating. Optional supplemental pool heating is available for an additional daily fee and must be requested in advance. While supplemental heating is designed to maintain a comfortable swimming temperature, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed, as this may be affected by outdoor temperatures, during the more unpredictable winter months and weather conditions. Temperature from one day to the next also subject to overnight heat loss.
The attached spa can be heated separately to traditional hot-tub temperatures. Please contact us prior to your stay if you would like to add supplemental pool heat.
