The Space

The house features a spacious open-concept living area with excellent natural light. Relax and enjoy this space, which includes a TV and fireplace—perfect for gatherings. The dining area seats eight people, ideal for shared meals or lively conversations, and offers plenty of natural light with direct access to the pool and patio area.

Enjoy a coffee bar with a Keurig machine, fully stocked with a variety of coffee options for your mornings or afternoons. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, ample space, natural light, and a view of the pool. It also includes stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and plenty of cabinet storage.

Bedrooms
Primary Bedroom (downstairs):
Features direct access to the patio and a pool view. Includes a king-size bed and a recently remodeled private bathroom with a bathtub. It also has a large walk-in closet with ample storage space.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs):
Includes one queen bed and one twin bed, accommodating up to 3 guests. It offers a pool view, closet space, and great natural lighting.
Bedroom 3:
Features a queen-size bed for 2 guests and a closet.
Bedroom 4:
A converted attic with two twin beds, ideal for children, with closet and storage space.

Upstairs, there is an additional full bathroom with a bathtub and dual separate sink areas, allowing multiple guests to use it simultaneously.

There is also a family/game room with a sofa and a 3-in-1 game table featuring foosball, pool, and air hockey.

Outdoor Area

Step outside to the backyard oasis. The spacious patio includes a table for 8 guests, a grill, and a large non-heated pool, perfect for summer days. The surrounding garden with tall trees creates a peaceful forest-like atmosphere for relaxing.
