Full breakdown of the building: The Nest occupies the top floor of the building. The street level is occupied by Studio B and your host’s residence. The basement level is occupied by your host's residence and the shared laundry room.
Parking: There is ample, free street parking immediately in front of the building. The property sits at the end of a cul-de-sac neighborhood so there is no thru traffic and the houses are mostly on one side of the street but parking is on both sides so there is rarely a shortage of free parking spaces. In the very uncommon event where there may be lots of people parking along the street, reach out to your host for further parking suggestions.
