Guests are welcome to enjoy select shared outdoor areas of the main house, including:

• Lower deck with beautiful Shinnecock Bay views, featuring a large umbrella, lounge chairs, and a table
• Access to a kayak or paddle board
• Main backyard deck with a jacuzzi and BBQ grill

Please note that the owner and their friendly mini goldendoodle, Sugar, will most likely be present in the main house during your stay.

Parking is available on-site( park by garage) and guests will have easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and local attractions.
Please remember there is a comfortable 18” blow up mattress which we can blow up for you and have ready . Otherwise it will be in closet . Along with the leather futon couch which turns into a full size firm bed .
