• There are security cameras in the entrance, and in the common areas of the building. Note that there are four levels of stairs to get to the apartment's entry floor.
• Renovation is taking place in the unit below, and noise or disturbances may occur during your stay. Work is permitted through August 2026. Please carefully consider this before booking, as the construction may affect your experience.
• Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
• As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
• Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
