Welcome to Vanderbilt by RoveTravel, a beautiful boutique luxury condominium building located in the heart of Tribeca, one of New York’s most desirable areas with its charming cobblestone streets. This stunning residence boasts 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, spanning approx. 1,950 sqft, with exposures facing North, South, and West. As you step out of the key-locked elevator, you’ll be welcomed into a magnificent loft featuring everything a downtown loft has to offer, including exposed brick and oversized rooms. The graciously sized great room includes living, dining, and kitchen areas, filled with natural sunlight from three oversized windows facing South. The kitchen features a center island with bar seating, vented gas stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, along with a large walk-in pantry.

Rove has the following cancellation policy:

All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 30 Nights or Less: $5,000 credit card hold upon check-in.

Hold and Release Information:

The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.

1 To 6 Month Stay Length

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 180 Nights or Less: $10,000 credit card hold upon check-in.

Hold and Release Information:

The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.

6+ Month Stay Length

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 6 Months (180 Nights) or Longer: One month’s rent as a cash security deposit, payable via bank transfer.

I had an amazing stay at this stylish and luxurious home! The location was perfect and the host was extremely hospitable. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen were all top-notch, and the living room was a great place to relax. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in a great location.
