Cancellation Policy
Rove’s cancellation policy is as follows:
- 48-Hour Grace Period: Reservations made at least 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable if canceled within 48 hours of booking.
- 60+ Days Before Check-In: Reservations canceled more than 60 days before check-in are eligible for a refund
- 30-60 Days Before Check-In: Reservations canceled 30 to 60 days before check-in are eligible for a credit toward a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
- Less Than 30 Days Before Check-In: Reservations cannot be canceled within 30 days of the check-in date, and no refund or credit is available.
- Note: All applicable payment processing fees are non-refundable for cancellations.

Security Deposit Policy
Stays of 89 Nights or Less. $2,500 credit card hold upon check-in.
Hold and Release Information.
- The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
- Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
- Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.
Stays of 90 to 179 Nights: $5,000 credit card hold upon check-in.
Hold and Release Information:
- The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
- Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
- Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.
Stays of 6 Months (180 Nights) or Longer. One month’s rent as a cash security deposit, payable via bank transfer.
Hold and Release Information.
