This was an incredible house and the pictures don’t do the property justice! Rive was very responsive and answered all our questions and was always available. I highly recommend this house and will be back.

This place was great overall. Big space. Well appointed. Perfect location - just a block from the beach, 5 mins from restaurants and 10 mins from Target and shopping options. But it needed a little TLC and had some inconveniences. Little details were missing like kitchen utensils to cook things or oven mitts, a front door mat for when you drag in sand from the beach or a vacuum cleaner, none of the bedrooms are fully blackout (they all allow light in, especially the master bedroom, so we had trouble sleeping), the dishwasher wasn’t working properly and the shower handles were all backwards with hot and cold. Overall, beautiful place, great location, relatively clean but just needs a little buttoning up in some areas, particularly for its price point.
