Westlight Place 42 | Hell’s Kitchen | Modern Apartment with Elevator

I would stay here again and again. You are across the block from a Target and tons of restaurants. The apartment is great! very quite. The train does go by sometimes but honestly you barely notice it. It just feels like city noise and honestly, fire engine sirens are louder. The appliances all work great. There is a ton of space for a New York apartment. Comfy bed. Huge closet. You get good sunlight and big windows but you still have privacy with the blinds. Giant bathroom with nice shower/tub. You can walk to the water, it’s only about an avenue and a half. Very easy to get to public transport. I am a single gal and walked all over the neighborhood both day at night, never felt it was dangerous. Actually, if you walk around about 6 pm everyone is walking their dog so you can see a ton of pets. :) Whenever I come back to NYC I hope Shai’s place is available. He is professional and really cares for the property. 10 out of 10.

Shai’s place was amazing and looks exactly like the photos! My partner and I loved our stay, the decor and how spacious the unit is. You’ll be right next to the lively streets of Hell’s Kitchen and just 15 mins walking distance from Hudson yards/Chelsea high line. We felt right at home here and loved the apartment. Would definitely recommend!

This apartment was everything we needed for our first month in NYC as we searched for a long term apartment. Check-in was really easy and Shai, the host, was always very responsive. The place itself was just as nice as it came across in the listing and the finishes in the apartment, especially the kitchen, were top notch. Since there is laundry in-building and a Target the next block over, it was great for a long-term stay. The neighborhood is very lively and fun to go out in if that's your thing, and there are a ton of restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance. Times Square is close enough to walk to if you're a tourist (but far away enough to avoid if you're not).

Shai is a wonderful host. The place had a very homely feel, kitchen is very well equipped, and the whole apartment felt spacious despite its cosy size. Whenever we had any requests or issues, Shai was always responsive. After staying at this apartment for two months and interacting with Shai quite a few times, I can assure future tenants that Shai is an honest and responsible landlord. You can have peace of mind staying in one of Shai's apartments.

This was an extremely comfortable apartment with extremely well thought-out amenities. The host was very responsive and friendly, and it made for an excellent long stay given all of the space and fixtures. I would highly recommend!

We had such a lovely stay here. Shai was very quick to respond if we had any questions. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals, and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment had good sound insulation. You can hear the train outside from the bedroom from time to time, but we weren’t disturbed by it at all. The apartment has a target right next to it which was super convenient for getting groceries/ toiletries. It’s also in a quiet neighborhood and relatively close to Times Square/ Subway stations if you would like to access those. There was a lot of storage space! We also appreciated thoughtful additions like the iron, FireStick TV, as well as paper towels and toilet paper. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cosy apartment in NYC!
