October 2023Shia’s place was a phenomenal stay! I stayed here with 1 other person for the month of October and it was so easy to jump right in! The apartment is in a prime location. 1 train is on the block, the L is a 7 minute walk away, making getting anywhere in the city a breeze! The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, the amenities were as-described. It was big enough for both of us to work from home (with headphones). I highly recommend this place! Shai also was excellent at communicating, and he provided anything we needed.

January 2024Great location, super responsive. Really spacious was the big standout. Much larger almost double than similarly priced apartments. (Review square footage in others and this!)
Sparsely furnished, but everything you need. Lots of light. Great place. 100% recommend.

October 2024Shai is an incredible host. My parents stayed at his apartment in the heart of Chelsea and had nothing but great things to say. The apartment is gorgeous and sundrenched which is hard to find in Manhattan. Would definitely recommend.
