Westville Duplex | West Village | Elegant Duplex with Workspace

Great location!

This was a stay for 30+ days. Amazing location with easy access to 14th Street station. A very good layout and feels spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay in the heart of the West Village. So much to do nearby, lots of great restaurants and easy walk to the rest of the Village, Meatpacking, Chelsea Market, the Highline and the Hudson River Walkway. The apartment was quite spacious, thoughtfully designed and well maintained. Nice to have the whole floor and a full kitchen. I was able to store my bike easily in the entryway. Nolan was very helpful and responsive, and he has a great cleaner to service the apartment weekly. Would stay here again!

Nolan's house is fabulous , the location is great, although there were some minor problems during the stay, but they were all resolved quickly. In short, thanks for everything, we spent a happy summer in Manhattan

Nolan's place and Nolan are both wonderful! We had an amazing month long stay and would definitely return. The apartment is great, clean, well equipped, just enough space, lots of bedding, linens, etc. The location is perfect...right in the middle of so much, yet, also neighborhoody and not as chaotic as further downtown. Also it's just blocks to Hudson parkway for exercising, seeing the water, more breathing space. Nolan is incredibly responsive, and generous..if there was anything we wanted that his place didn't have..he found a way to get it! Highly highly recommend this place!.

Nolan was kind fro the get go, and answered all and any questions. The place was in the heart of West Village, walkable to everything and the home is updated, beautiful and charming. Love the style and would recommend.
