A Few Helpful Things to Know Before Your Stay

• Garage Game Room: Our garage game room is not climate-controlled and does not have heating or air conditioning. The garage door can be opened for ventilation. Please keep it closed when not in use or during rain.
• Pool & Hot Tub: Our outdoor swimming pool is seasonal, typically open May through October, weather permitting. The hot tub is available year-round. Please follow all posted safety rules. No glass or food is permitted in either area. Do not use the hot tub or pool after consuming alcohol or while pregnant. Guests use these amenities at their own risk.
• Essentials Provided:We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, bed linens, toilet paper, and paper towels.
• Coffee & Tea: Enjoy a generous starter supply of K-Cups, ground coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, honey, and other coffee essentials.
• Grill & Firewood:Propane is provided for the grill, along with firewood for the outdoor firepit and indoor wood-burning stove.
• Outdoor Property: Guests are welcome to enjoy the designated outdoor guest areas, including the yard and recreational spaces. The surrounding wooded acreage is not intended for guest exploration. As we're surrounded by nature, you may encounter insects and wildlife. We have regular pest control service.
• Exterior Security Cameras: For property security, exterior Ring cameras are located at the front door, above the back patio facing the pool area, and above the garage facing the main driveway.
• Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance to help protect your trip against unexpected weather, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Dogs Welcome: Up to 3 pre-approved, house-trained dogs are permitted with a $175 fee per stay. No cats or other pets.
• Occupancy: Maximum of 12 guests. Additional visitors require advance approval.
• Events: Small gatherings and events may be permitted with prior written approval and additional fees. Unauthorized parties are prohibited.
• Smoking: No smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Additional cleaning charges may apply for violations.
• Commercial Use: Commercial photography, filming, and other commercial activities require prior written approval.

Security Deposit Policy:

• Stays up to 89 nights: $1,000 credit hold
• Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
• Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month's rent

All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
