We personally welcome guests upon arrival whenever possible to provide a brief tour of the home and ensure you are comfortable with all of its features. This also gives us the opportunity to answer any questions and help you settle in for a seamless stay.

An architectural modern-minimalist home designed to blur the line between indoors and out. Warm natural materials and thoughtful design details create a space that feels both striking and inviting.

The main living area features 20-foot ceilings and expansive sliding glass doors that disappear into the walls, opening the home completely to the waterfront pool and lanai. The result is a seamless indoor-outdoor environment filled with light, water views, and ocean breezes.

A dramatic six-foot pivot entry door welcomes you inside. Distinctive architectural elements include a custom staircase crafted from reclaimed white oak from an 1800s Indiana barn, a 1931 Steinway self-playing piano, and a vintage 1940s Beaumont Coffee Shop sign rescued from the Beaumont Hotel off Broadway in New York City.

Two private primary suites, one on each level, feature en-suite bathrooms, custom vanities, and spacious walk-in showers.

Outdoor spaces are designed for quiet relaxation. Lounge in the hammocks on the lanai, unwind beside the heated infinity pool and spa, or enjoy the secluded gas fire pit beneath the shade of the Vera tree overlooking the water.

The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped, while the open living area features a Ligne Roset Ploum sofa and integrated Harman Kardon sound system. Custom Herman Miller Eames dining chairs surround the indoor dining table.

Thoughtful details such as Haiku fans throughout the home and lanai ensure comfort year-round.

The home includes a dedicated, air-conditioned fitness area within the garage, thoughtfully designed alongside guest parking.

Pet Policy: Well behaved dogs are allowed at this property for an additional fee. There is a pet of $250 per stay.

Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

Home Features & Notes

The property sits directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. The yard is fenced along the sides and front of the property but opens to the water at the pool deck and dock, so guests should take care around the pool, dock, and waterfront areas, and children should always be supervised.

Guests are welcome to enjoy two kayaks and two stand-up paddleboards for exploring the water directly from the property. We also provide gym equipment in the garage for workouts.
