Amenities: Each Rove property includes a fully-stocked chef's kitchen, Nespresso machines, luxury linens, and Malin & Goetz soaps. Our TVs are powered by Roku and we offer free access to Netflix, Hulu + Live TV, and Disney+.
This property also includes an in-unit washer/dryer, and may allow pets with approval.
Workstations: Every Rove property is outfitted for remote-friendly stays. Rove workstations are generally equipped with:
- 400 mbps WiFi throughout the property / High Speed WiFi
- Ergonomic chairs
- Electric standing desks
- Ultra High-Definition monitor with integrated docking station
- Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse
Rove has the following cancellation policy:
- All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
- Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
- Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
- Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

Security Deposit Policy
A refundable credit card hold is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing, and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 7 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
