Rove Property Owner Referral Terms & Conditions

The Rove Travel Owner Referral Program ("Referral Program") is offered exclusively to owners of properties currently under management by Rove Ventures Inc. ("Rove"). Under the Program, an eligible Rove+ owner ("Referring Rove+ Owner") shall receive a two percent (2%) reduction in their management fee for each new Rove+ property owner ("Referred Owner") they successfully refer to Rove. RoveLite owners are eligible for a one percent (1%) reduction in their management fee for each new Rove+ property owner. The Program is subject to the following conditions:

• The Referred Property must be accepted by Rove, complete the onboarding process, and have their property rented through Rove for the fee reduction to take effect.
• The fee reduction will commence the month of the first successful rental of the referred property and will remain in effect for so long as the referred property remains active, available for rental, and under management with Rove.
• In the event the referred property is removed from Rove’s portfolio, becomes unavailable for rental, the management agreement is terminated, or is removed from the Program by Rove, the corresponding management fee reduction shall cease.
• Referring Owners may continue to submit additional referrals and accumulate fee reductions until their management fee is fully offset. All referrals must be new property owners. A new property is a new individual. Owners cannot refer other properties they own or have an ownership stake in.
• Referrals resulting in the successful onboarding and rental of a RoveLite property will entitle the Referring Owner to a one percent (1%) management fee reduction under the same terms outlined herein.
• Owners of RoveLite properties receive a 1% fee reduction per property referred.

Rove reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, and any fee reductions and/or referred properties at any time, in its sole discretion.
