“Host is very responsive to our requests. Parking was included on the fifth floor, which is huge benefit. The unit was clean and described as photos. Having coffee was very nice. Amenities are great and clean. The unit is on the second floor, but you have great views on the 6th floor amenities area. I would come back again!”

“The house is fantastic, deceiving as it's much bigger than I imagined and set in amazing grounds for the type of house and location - I'm an OCD clean freak and this place met my expectations along with great products in the bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and amenities. The location is awesome right next door to the best coffee shop and then Goldbergs the best deli ever so honestly you can go wrong with this place. Because it was off season and cold wether the price of the property reflected that”

“This was the perfect location and setup for our 6 week winter stay. Being on the garden level meant easy in-and-out for the dog. Tons of room inside, very cozy, great for a couple and a pup. One of the quietest streets in BK heights, and neighbor noise above is minimal (was not really a concern anyway!). Hosts were easy to get in touch with and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be back!”

“large and beautiful space. exactly like described. we were 10 people so was comfy with specious rooms with en suites. stayed during the winter. which was off season for the area, so it was peaceful and quiet. couple of issues during our stay: water turned brown, saune didn't work, heating wasn't working in some rooms. very responsive host - they delivered bottled waters, sent technicians immediately and delivered heaters for those rooms that were cold.”

“Absolutely loved this spot. We felt at home with great food and coffee shops nearby. Easy to get into the city with the subway just steps away.”

“Exorbitant cost for a beautiful but very poorly maintained house. There was backed up showers , broken water heater, freezing one minute and then scorched your skin the next minute , very limited cooking utensils and pots were very scratched up and old, no door on the upstairs bedroom, no shower on the first floor which makes the bedroom not usable, terrible layout and so many stairs. There was an auto setting on the heat and ac that kept changing so could not adjust like we wanted to. Very far with traffic over an hour to manhattan. The cleaning was also very surface level, under all the beds had huge clumps of dust and debris, watch out if you have any allergies. The cleaners also left trash in some of the areas (no big deal), broken blinds, the pool sticks had no tips couldn’t even use the pool table. That being said they tried to fix everything as best as they can and they were very responsive, but they should have a better quality control prior to renting.”

“Wonderful place to stay at…. Loved everything about it, just a few things have to be added such a shovel as it snowed a lot and the front main entrance of the house wasn’t operable so the host told us to get in by the garage only which was annoying and we were only told that at the time we arrived there, with such a big house you would expect Tissues and napkins but there wasn’t any even in the toilets other thank toilet paper, but overall would stay again 10000% I would recommend, thank you to the host”

“The apartment was generally clean. However, when we arrived, the towels were still in the washing machine and were not ready to use. I think the towels should be ready when guests check in. The apartment is on the fourth floor, and we had to walk up several stairs. We had a baby stroller, so this was difficult. Carrying the stroller and luggage was very tiring. Families with children should keep this in mind. Other than that, the apartment was clean and nice. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in. Thank you.”

“The house was good for the most part but definitely had several issues they need to address and fix. The hallway toilet didn’t work for several day, the dryer wouldn’t dry clothes, the gas grill leaked gas from the line. Maintenance said they fixed the grill issue but didn’t. Took two trips to fix the toilet..: they never came back to fix the dryer. There was a lot of visible water damage on furniture and walls in one bathroom. Ants in several areas! The house would have been great had we not had those issues and had they been fixed properly. ”

“Very convenient location near a subway stop. Easy walk to Central Park and upper east side...apartment was spacious and comfortable!”

“Several loose brinks near the pool. Second bath tub was filled with bugs.”
