“Overall, the house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and communication was good. There were, however, a few details that future guests may want to clarify before booking. We booked the property because it was listed as an “Entire Place.” Three days before arrival, we were informed that the host lives in the basement of the same house and that the basement is not included unless an additional fee is paid. If complete privacy is important to you, I recommend confirming exactly which areas of the property are included in your reservation and make sure you have basement to yourself . The listing states that the home can accommodate up to 8 guests, but we had access to only two bedrooms (one king and one queen). So 2 rooms are good for 4 adults and not 8. the house has no curtains, blinds, or blackout shades. The natural light is lovely, but families with young children, light sleepers, or guests who prefer darker rooms may want to keep this in mind. Thanks”

“Jervis and his place were both amazing! The house was stunning, spacious, clean, and very accommodating. It was only about a 5-10 minutes drive into downtown, and a 20 min drive to Montauk! The pool in the backyard was also incredible and unbelievably clean!! Jervis was extremely flexible, kind, and responsive. We had the most perfect getaway. Hopefully we can return soon! “The property manager was very responsive, great job. The apartment is spacious and stocked with everything you will need for a month or longer stay. Of course the view is amazing. The elevator noises inside the unit were a little annoying at first, I purchased a fan to use for sleeping and was able to rest fine. I hope to stay here again, was very satisfied with my stay. ”
