The house is perfect for both kids and adults with a beautiful pool and outdoor setup. Megan had so many toys and games for us to play with during our stay and we truly couldn’t have had a better time. I wish I could gatekeep this house!!”

“House is beautiful and best of all in a great location. 8 minutes from sag harbor town, and 20 from east Hampton. Walkable to town of sag Harbor. House is brand new and very spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean. Sauna and steam shower were great additions to our stay. Avi is a great host and very responsive. Highly recommend!”

“What a gem tucked away in the heart of Brooklyn, perfectly situated between Boerum Hill and Cobble Hill. The apartment is filled with beautiful natural light, wonderfully spacious, and incredibly cozy. The living room quickly became one of my favorite places, and I loved spending evenings relaxing and knitting by the fireplace. It was the perfect home for me from fall into winter while I was working in NY, and I feel very lucky to have found it. The owners were kind, attentive, responsive and genuinely thoughtful throughout my stay and I would happily stay here again.”

“We had the pleasure of staying at Morningside Manor for two months and it was absolutely wonderful. The home had plenty of space and a lovely outdoor space. We felt right at home. And the neighborhood was amazing and full of wonderful restaurants and cafes. Being one block from the park and easy access to the subway was a plus. A++”

“I came here with 12 friends. It was really a great house in a great location. The pool is close to the house and great a great feeling of indoor and outdoor living. The bathrooms were spacious and the closets were large. The pool heat was not working the first day and the pool wasn’t cleaned but I let host know and they came the next morning which was nice. It’s a very corporate Airbnb, fully stocked spices, plates, game room.”

“Very convenient location for traveling anywhere in Manhattan. Apartment is very large. Worked well for myself, tween daughter and older teen. Kitchen is well stocked, washer and dryer worked great, and the home had abundant linens. Rove travel were amazing - answered any questions I had within minutes and issues were resolved promptly and professionally.”

“Positives: House/Apartment is nice, location is good Negatives: 1/2 of the apartment was unusable for most of our stay. The top level penthouse A/C was not functioning for at least 2 of our 4 weeks. Once that was fixed (at first temporary solution and later permanently) the internal elevator to said top level was out of action and not fixed at time of check out. The only other route to the top level was via the fire escape. We were given a small (percentage) rebate for this issue. Next, there was a storm in the NYC area and the whole first level of the apartment flooded, as in tsunami level flooding, which is clearly known issue as many of the shelves and bookcases are warped (presumably from this happening multiple times). Finally on first arrival, the top level outdoor space was clearly not clean, this issue was addressed but in the end wasn’t of much use to us due to the above reported problems. The response from the team on reporting of issues was polite and generic but extremely slow to action. Would not recommend this service or apartment at all. ”

“Gorgeous house and view! Nick built the house himself and he did an incredible job. We especially loved sitting out on the deck and watching sailboats go by the lighthouse. One note regarding the bathrooms: as described in the listing, there are windows from the shower - downstairs the window looks into the main living area and upstairs, onto the deck. The windows did not fog up much. Not a problem for some groups traveling together, but people who require more privacy might find it uncomfortable. The floor to ceiling windows provide unparalleled views but do note that in summer months they can also create a bit of a greenhouse effect in the primary bedroom. This would be an incredible place to stay in fall, winter, or spring but be aware if you have a low tolerance for heat. Nick was very proactive in his communication and we loved meeting his dog Tashe, who befriended us while we were there. Overall a great stay and we would return!”
