The elevator noises inside the unit were a little annoying at first, I purchased a fan to use for sleeping and was able to rest fine. I hope to stay here again, was very satisfied with my stay. ”

“We had a wonderful 6 week stay at Boerum Place! Miranda and Matthew are attentive hosts who wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us. Their home was spotless (and I'm super particular) and upon check-in they had food/drinks for us despite telling them we didn't need anything (especially given our dietary preferences which Miranda went above and beyond). Their kitchen is fully equipped for any level chef plus tons of space for a NYC apartment. So many great restaurants and food markets that we didn't cook that often but it was really nice to have the space. They have thought of everything to make sure their guests feel at home- which we did! We hated to leave. Not only is the apartment fabulous but the area was great- so convenient with multiple subway stations to get anywhere one wants to visit. Plus, great shops and restaurants right outside the building and miles of walking esp to the Brooklyn Promenade and Piers each day. I hope we are lucky enough to come back in the future! I feel so lucky to have found it- pool was perfect even in mid May, location made it easy to walk into town and the beach, hosts were responsive when we struggled with check in, and house was even more spacious than I anticipated from the photos. Perfect for a weekend get away with family and friends!”
