“The Valle house is absolutely stunning. My family and I had a great stay. Marissa and Nico thoughtfully and beautifully designed this house, which provided everything we needed for a warm, comfortable, and relaxing stay in Callicoon. It was one of the nicest houses we've stayed in Upstate. Marissa and Nico were also very responsive to any questions we had and easy to communicate with. This house jumpstarted our conversation about building our own :) We loved it and are grateful to the hosts for a wonderful stay!”

“Hi Nico and Marissa, Nico and Marissa’s property was fabulous and beautifully stocked with quality linens and amenities. The bathrooms are luxurious and beautiful. Being in a relatively remote place, it was lovely to have modern amenities. It’s obvious much thought has been put into every detail. It’s quiet and very private but just a short drive to town. Instructions and communication were excellent. I highly recommend this property.”

“It was a horrible experience. One of the issues during my stay was the pool. I messaged Andrew before booking asking if the pool is heated as it described on the booking. He said that the pool sits between 85 and 90 degrees during the day and night, do not turn it on unless it drops below 80-82 he has not had a issue since may as he said. I see the pool system says off and the water temperature was cold my whole stay. His communication is horrible wasn’t trying to accommodate me and my guest specifically wanted a heated pool, that I can go In anytime. I stayed at plenty of beautiful homes with pool I never had an issue like this. Second I notice the home is infested with ants we didn’t do any cooking inside the home most of the times we wasn’t home always ate out. His response was slow and not inefficient on how he handle the ants situation.”

“The apartment is in an incredible location on a peaceful street with easy access to lots of fun things to do in Brooklyn and Manhattan. The space is roomy and thoughtfully outfitted, and we had a very comfortable stay there.”

“The home was extremely comfortable and pretty. No clutter, nice furnishings, very clean kitchen. The view of the bay was incredible. The private beach only a few steps away is a huge plus. Nicklas was very responsive and helpful if I had any questions.”

“We spent a wonderful 6 weeks at Daniels place in Williamsburg. The apartment is much larger than you would expect for new York, big spacious lounge, nice sized rooms, and an amazing outside area! The furniture is high quality, and it feels lived in, in a good way. There is cool art on the walls, lots of small touches. It is on one of the busiest streets in Williamsburg, and is on ground floor, but despite that we did not find the noise disturbing often at all. It is kind of to be expected in this part of the world, and the benefit of being close to so many cool interesting Brooklyn bars and shops and restaurants more than makes up for it. The only reason this isn't a completely 100% 5 star review is because the landlord was renovating the upstairs apartment the entire duration of our stay. We had a few NYC officials asking us about it a few times, and there were days when the noise was really frustrating when I tried to work from home. But small criticism on a wonderful place.”

“We had a wonderful stay! This was honestly one of the best apartments I have stayed in. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and easy. We really enjoyed our time in NYC and felt right at home here. I’m already thinking about coming back next year and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!”
