The house is immaculate, spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. I especially liked the roof garden. Katia is an amazing host. Great communication and so helpful. The next time I’m in Brooklyn, I will definitely be staying at Dean House!”

Perfectly located between Nolita and LES so everything you could possibly need was within walking distance, and located just a few minutes from several subway stations. Nitai was extremely responsive and helpful for any questions I had about the apartment. As for amenities, common areas were always clean and well maintained, but the standout was the roof with outdoor kitchen for guests to use. I would absolutely prioritize staying here again.”

The apartment is spacious, looks exactly like the photos, and had everything we needed for our month-long stay. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating. “Staying at the Shatemuc was absolutely beautiful. Waking up to the sun rising over the Hudson River is a site to see. Gorgeous home and peaceful surroundings. “Rove was very flexible in accommodating our bachelorette weekend!! The pool and outdoor space were an absolute highlight. The main bedroom was also a very big space and was perfect and very comfortable for the bride. The house could use a good cleaning on both the inside and outside! The outside in general could use some maintenance to make it a bit more comfortable. We did experience some random alarms as mentioned in some of the other reviews. All in all, accommodated our group in a central location and we are very grateful! Thank you!”
