Spanning approximately 1,400 square feet, this home is equipped with modern essentials including an in-unit washer/dryer, extensive closet space, WFH workstations, and central A/C, complemented by remarkable amenities such as a 24-hour gym, rooftop deck with gas grills, a screening room, and a Zen garden.

Amenities: Each Rove property includes a fully-stocked chef's kitchen, Nespresso machines, luxury linens, and Malin & Goetz soaps. Our TVs are powered by Roku and we offer free access to Netflix, Hulu + Live TV, and Disney+.
This property also includes an in-unit washer, and may allow pets with approval.
Workstations: Every Rove property is outfitted for remote-friendly stays. Rove workstations are generally equipped with:

Cancellation Policy
Rove has the following cancellation policy:
- All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
- Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
- Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
- Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

Security Deposit Policy
A refundable credit card hold is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing, and the hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 7 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
Please note that replacement holds will be made every 7th day of the hold but until being released 48 hours after your departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after our release.
