Inside, you’ll be welcomed by the turquoise floor-to-ceiling windows, providing natural light to the spacious interior, featuring a king-sized bed (or two twin beds upon request), a cozy living area with a decorative fireplace, and a convenient kitchenette. The bathroom is designed in white marble with dual basins, a separate shower, and a bathtub where you can enjoy the stunning views of lower Manhattan.

Laundry Service:
- The hotel provides an available laundry service with 50% off the original price.
Receiving Packages:
- The hotel's concierge team will need to confirm first if the guest is currently staying at the hotel. If the guest is unavailable to receive the package, they can receive the package and place it in the guest's room.
Gym Access:
- Nexus Club provides Warren Street Hotel guests access to their gym and wellness center. Guests can coordinate their visit with Rove's Concierge team, who will provide a unique QR code entry access directly to their email.
Pet Policy:
- Dogs are limited to two per stay. The property is located in a dog-friendly building, and does not allow any other pets.
Parking Details:
- Valet parking is available for $85/day plus tax fees. There are no in/out privileges and upon request, it would take 30 minutes to retrieve the car for the guest.

Cancellation Policy
Rove has the following cancellation policy:
- All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
- Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
- Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
- Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

Security Deposit Policy
Stays of 30 Nights or Less: $5,000 credit card hold upon check-in.
Hold and Release Information:
- The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
- Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
- Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.
Stays of 180 Nights or Less: $10,000 credit card hold upon check-in.

- Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
