All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 89 Nights or Less. $2,500 credit card hold upon check-in.

The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.

3 To 6 Month Stay Length

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 90 to 179 Nights: $5,000 credit card hold upon check-in.

The apartment is well furnished, the beds are super comfortable and the terraces are wonderful. Sadly, we didn't have the best of weather, but when its as sunny, we definitely used it. The apartment is bright and clean and it really felt like home! Public transportation is super close as are great restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend!

Our family had an excellent stay at this wonderful property. The apartment was truly a home away from home. Such a great space and in a fantastic location - many areas within a short walking distance and multiple subway lines nearby. Rove was an excellent host who helped us to get settled in and continued to be responsive during our entire stay. Very highly recommended!

We rented this three-level AirBNB in Brooklyn for one month in April / May 2023. We rented the property on short notice and it did not have many reviews, so we were hoping for the best but had some trepidation. Our expectations were not just met, they were highly exceeded. It is a beautiful, well designed, thoughtfully renovated and tastefully appointed property. You could tell that the owners spent a lot of time thinking about the property as a luxury AirBNB and ensuring that it was designed and furnished at a five-star level, with high end finishes, appliances, cabinetry, amenities, etc. The property itself was almost better than the photos, which you don't often see. The host was extremely responsive and attentive, from the welcome instructions to anything we needed during our stay. The property is located in an up and coming area, within walking distance of the major shopping / restaurant streets in Brooklyn Heights and Cobble Hil. We highly recommend this home.
