“Jervis and his place were both amazing! The house was stunning, spacious, clean, and very accommodating. It was only about a 5-10 minutes drive into downtown, and a 20 min drive to Montauk! The pool in the backyard was also incredible and unbelievably clean!! Jervis was extremely flexible, kind, and responsive. We had the most perfect getaway. Hopefully we can return soon! It’s in such a great location with many great bars and restaurants nearby (plus a great little coffee shop right downstairs which does great coffee and cakes). The nearest subway station is only about 5 minutes away which made it easy to get to wherever we needed. Gary was very helpful and gave lots of handy information. Highly recommended!”

“Allen is an amazing host! He was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, and whenever we needed anything, he always replied quickly and was happy to help. We stayed in the apartment for three months, so we really got to experience what it was like living there—and it truly felt like home. The apartment was even bigger than it looked in the photos and was incredibly cozy and comfortable. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The bathroom is beautiful, the bedrooms are very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the living room is spacious and inviting. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the subway and Domino Park. There are so many great cafés and restaurants nearby, and the neighborhood has the perfect balance of being lively without feeling crowded. It was also very quiet, and the neighbors were lovely. We had everything we needed for a wonderful long-term stay and would absolutely recommend Allen’s place to anyone visiting!”
