The only downsides were the check-in process, which required us to go to an external website to sign some type of agreements , and the pool, which was a little messy when we arrived. Overall, it's a lovely home and we had a good stay!"”

“We loved our stay at Lisette's place. The home is thoughtfully designed and contains everything you might need - from plates and cooking utensils to chopped wood for the fire pit. The home is comfortable and cozy and in a nice quiet neighborhood that provides easy access to the beach and the towns of East Hampton and Sag Harbor. Lisette was incredibly communicative and available. We would definitely stay again!”

“We spent a wonderful 6 weeks at Daniels place in Williamsburg. The apartment is much larger than you would expect for new York, big spacious lounge, nice sized rooms, and an amazing outside area! The furniture is high quality, and it feels lived in, in a good way. There is cool art on the walls, lots of small touches. It is on one of the busiest streets in Williamsburg, and is on ground floor, but despite that we did not find the noise disturbing often at all. It is kind of to be expected in this part of the world, and the benefit of being close to so many cool interesting Brooklyn bars and shops and restaurants more than makes up for it. The only reason this isn't a completely 100% 5 star review is because the landlord was renovating the upstairs apartment the entire duration of our stay. We had a few NYC officials asking us about it a few times, and there were days when the noise was really frustrating when I tried to work from home. But small criticism on a wonderful place.”

“What a fantastic property! We had such an amazing time. We were there during a tough heatwave and the pool was perfect to beat the heat. The backyard is amazing, with the chaises and umbrellas, we felt like we were in a resort! There were eight pin our family with 4 and 6 year old girls who loved having toys and books to enjoy when we were hanging out. The rooms are super spacious, clean and with very comfortable beds. The black out shades helped with sleeping in too. The kitchen is well stocked and there was plenty of dish towels, paper towels and toilet paper. We used the grill too which was super clean! Using the propane fire pit for s’mores was super easy. Mike and Krissy are excellent hosts! They were very responsive to our requests and questions. Check in and check out were easy. The property is close to Westhampton, Southampton, the wineries on the north fork and to both bay and ocean beaches! Highly recommend it!”

“This home is worth every penny and delivered in all areas to the highest degree. It was spacious, extremely clean, comfortable, lovely, peaceful, easy to get in and out of, etc. In fact, I think this was the loveliest short-term rental we have ever stayed in! We will definitely be back!”

“From the moment we booked until checkout, Miranda and Matthew were exceptional hosts. Their communication was thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely caring, making our cross-country move feel so much less stressful. Before we arrived, they asked about our preferences and stocked the home with organic breakfast foods from the Park Slope Food Coop. After our delayed flight, we were welcomed with a homemade peach spice cake and a stuffed animal for our two-year-old son—thoughtful touches that meant so much. The home is even more beautiful than the photos. The chef’s kitchen, curated artwork, incredible library, and perfect location made it feel like a true home. We stayed for a month while relocating and couldn’t have imagined a better place for such an important chapter of our lives. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, and this was one of our very best experiences. Miranda and Matthew set the gold standard for hospitality, and we’ll enthusiastically recommend them to family and friends.”

“upon arriving the neighborhood was not what we expected. but we had no problems. after booking and getting approved to rent, we received a layout of 60 rules to follow!!!! unnecessary fees such as a 50$ nightly pool heating fee. last but definitely not least me and other were bitten by some time of mites all over our bodies….. host was very responsive however has not reached out about these bug bites other than saying they spray and thanks for lettin them know.”
