“we were a combined two familes of cousins with five kids ages ranging from 20s to a toddler and an infant. this house was perfect for all of us with plenty of rooms for parents, young adults and toddlers to spread out but also come together. we were able to cook, drink coffee and wine, or order in food. the house has a super comfy great room where we watched sports or did arts and crafts around the dining table. the heated pool and spa was a big favorite for our new jersey cousins. if we had any questions, the host was very responsive to our needs. highly recommend this house.”

“I stayed in the Punta Mita villa for a week and absolutely loved my experience. The villa is beautiful, spacious, and fully functional. It is located in a dream resort, with a spa, pool, pickleball courts and so much more! My family and I were completely charmed by the place. The resort staff were extremely attentive to our needs. My favorite part of this stunning home was the direct ocean view and the enormous patio. A dream villa for a dream vacation — I can’t wait to return!”

“The house was good for the most part but definitely had several issues they need to address and fix. The hallway toilet didn’t work for several day, the dryer wouldn’t dry clothes, the gas grill leaked gas from the line. Maintenance said they fixed the grill issue but didn’t. Took two trips to fix the toilet..: they never came back to fix the dryer. There was a lot of visible water damage on furniture and walls in one bathroom. Ants in several areas! The house would have been great had we not had those issues and had they been fixed properly. ”

“The house is beautiful-such a big, airy space is not common in this city. We were lucky to find it on the internet and very lucky that it was available for a short term stay. Rove Travel was so helpful. Right up until we arrived I was nervous, but when we walked in it all felt welcoming-the cleaners were still busy but they were very nice and didn't seem to mind us all coming in from the cold! The house layout is "interesting' and I couldn't understand the floor plan that was displayed on the listing-it needs to be updated. 3 full bathrooms(2 on top floor) and 3 separate toilets(6 toilets in total)-over 5 floors-so more than enough but everyone had to share the showers -fine for our family but may not suit others. 6 bedrooms, 2 outdoor spaces and a kitchen next to living area-great if entertaining outside on that floor. Huge entry for coats, boots and strollers etc. Wonderful kitchen, large dining table, pool table Lots of stairs over the 5 levels and laundry room on top floor-workout!”
