“Although it may have been mentioned we didn't realize this was actually a duplex with only exterior door access from one side to the other. On our first night of a nine day stay one of the electronic keypads to one of the duplex exterior doors malfunctioned. We advised the host the next morning. He promptly responded and indicated that the lock would have to be reprogrammed when he returned to town. This was not done during the rest of our stay. The door could be locked manually but not unlocked by others outside that side of the duplex.”

“This home is worth every penny and delivered in all areas to the highest degree. It was spacious, extremely clean, comfortable, lovely, peaceful, easy to get in and out of, etc. In fact, I think this was the loveliest short-term rental we have ever stayed in! We will definitely be back!”

“We loved our stay here! Our kids really enjoyed the pool and enough room for the 4 of us. The only negative we would have to say (which isn’t the owners fault, it’s just something they’ll have to fix) was that the hood vent in the kitchen was dripping water the entire time. We let the homeowner know about it. But the lights on it at night would turn on every 3ish minutes and then turn back off all night. We couldn’t figure out how to get that to stop and the water dripping made me nervous about an electrical issue and potential fire hazard. So hopefully they get that checked out soon and fixed. Other than that our stay was amazing!”

“Beautiful home with amazing views. The location is great...close to restaurants and the beach. The pool, sauna and huge TV downstairs were a hit with my teenage boys. At one point there were 3 boys sitting in the hot tub and another 3 on floaties in the pool all watching a movie. The house definitely has a vacation vibe. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Dianell and Elvir for being great hosts.”

“The space was genuinely beautiful. The views were insane. But the cleanliness was atrocious. Trash left over, dust and dirt, and worst of all rodents and ants. Ants permeated every level of the house, and were in every single room. We saw a rodent in the house during check in as well. Would not reccomend staying here if these things are not fixed.”

“House is beautiful and best of all in a great location. 8 minutes from sag harbor town, and 20 from east Hampton. Walkable to town of sag Harbor. House is brand new and very spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean. Sauna and steam shower were great additions to our stay. Avi is a great host and very responsive. Highly recommend!”

“Megan is an amazing host who makes her guests feel right at home. She had everything we could possibly need right at our fingertips. The house is perfect for both kids and adults with a beautiful pool and outdoor setup. Megan had so many toys and games for us to play with during our stay and we truly couldn’t have had a better time. I wish I could gatekeep this house!!”
