“We definitely had some major cleanliness issues when we checked in but Rove handled it all very quickly and thoroughly. We also didn't have the correct check in code for the front door. So not the smoothest start but everything after that was really lovely, the backyard and pool is even better than the photos. The pool is massive and the house is so quiet and peaceful with only sounds of nature all around. Location was absolutely perfect, not a walkable area but about 7 minute drive to anywhere you want to go-- Sag Harbor and East Hampton. The interiors of the home could use a little love and attention but overall was very enjoyable. Living room is fabulous as well as the bedroom. The primary bed is incredibly comfortable. Kitchen has everything you could want for a long stay. I would say regarding value, maybe slightly overpriced but still a really wonderful home and location. Overall I would definitely recommend this home!”

“Very cute property, great location right in between East Hampton and Amagansett. Back yard was great. The management company was very helpful when I contacted them with questions but there could have been more instructions for how to use things at the house. Otherwise, great stay!”

“House was beautiful and just like the photos. We had trouble with the wrong lockbox code getting in but the team quickly resolved it. Also, the team was helpful in finding a pack and play last minute so my infant had a place to sleep. With the stairs, we went ahead and put up a baby safety gate as we have a 2 year old wondering around but with the added gate, the house worked out perfectly.”

“Great place, love the outdoor area. The needs some TLC the dishwasher didn't clean dishes, stove fan leaked onto stove/whatever you cooked. The outdoor tables and chairs were dirty. I did report it via email and messages. I got a fast response from Rove early Monday afternoon saying she would notify the correct people. Six hours later I asked where cleaners were and was told they didn't get me emails timely. Cleaner came on Tuesday afternoon. All in all beds are comfy, nice place just a few things needed attention. ”
