“This is a very nice house locating near West Hollywood and sunset blvd, Beverly Hills etc. the host is super nice they welcomed us with fresh flowers, a bottle of rose and lots of fresh fruits. The view is perfect in the living room, the pool is nice and with separate pool house/ studio we can use. There is grills too. We had a short stay so didn’t get to use it. The bed is really comfy, and all the bathroom amenities is authentic aesop products. We had a great stay there.”

“Great house provided a really relaxing stay for our family. The third bedroom up the ladder was a huge hit with our daughter, though it’s worth knowing that ladder access isn’t the easiest for less nimble adults if that matters for your group. Nick mentions in the listing that he may be staying in the basement apartment during your stay, and he was there for part of ours. It was not at all invasive, just something we’d flag so future guests know what to expect going in. Overall a wonderful house and we’d happily stay again.”

“The home was extremely comfortable and pretty. No clutter, nice furnishings, very clean kitchen. The view of the bay was incredible. The private beach only a few steps away is a huge plus. Nicklas was very responsive and helpful if I had any questions.”

“Anthony is easily the best host we’ve ever rented from—a true top-tier owner who goes above and beyond. He was exceptionally accommodating, generous, and responsive throughout our stay. When I needed a medical recliner delivered, Anthony graciously offered to meet the delivery driver at the house for both drop-off and pick-up. Very few hosts would offer that level of care and support. Before we even arrived, he sent over a list of local restaurant recommendations and wisely advised us to book early given how busy the Hamptons get. Every spot we tried had outstanding food and atmosphere. As for the property itself, HighPoint Hideaway was fantastic. The bedrooms are spacious, the pool area is wonderful, and the living and dining spaces were perfect for gathering. We highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Hamptons!”

Perfect spot to visit the city, so many “walk to” things to do, easy access to subway too. Great for a couple or a family. The owners were super welcoming, I felt like important guests in their home, best hosts.”
