“The location and accommodations of this apartment were fantastic. We rented it for the summer and had a wonderful experience in the city. There's a nice grocery store in the bottom of the building and a good Italian restaurant next door. Our host was fantastic and very accessible and helpful. Would highly recommend in every aspect.”

“We spent a wonderful 6 weeks at Daniels place in Williamsburg. The apartment is much larger than you would expect for new York, big spacious lounge, nice sized rooms, and an amazing outside area! The furniture is high quality, and it feels lived in, in a good way. There is cool art on the walls, lots of small touches. It is on one of the busiest streets in Williamsburg, and is on ground floor, but despite that we did not find the noise disturbing often at all. It is kind of to be expected in this part of the world, and the benefit of being close to so many cool interesting Brooklyn bars and shops and restaurants more than makes up for it. The only reason this isn't a completely 100% 5 star review is because the landlord was renovating the upstairs apartment the entire duration of our stay. We had a few NYC officials asking us about it a few times, and there were days when the noise was really frustrating when I tried to work from home. But small criticism on a wonderful place.”

“Our annual girl’s beach trip (party of 11) was amazing! The house had everything we needed for a long weekend and enough space to accommodate our crew. The golf cart helped us get to and from the beach so that was a plus!”

“Photos don’t do this place justice. We came as two families — twelve of us, parents and young adult kids — for an occasion that mattered, and there was a genuine pause when we walked in. The craftsmanship is what gets you first: the woodwork, the tile, the light fixtures that clearly weren’t chosen from a catalog. The bathrooms alone are worth the stay — showers you don’t want to get out of, tubs that actually invite you in, tilework laid with real intention. Even the linens feel considered, and the art throughout the house is the kind you stop and look at rather than walk past. The lighting deserves its own mention: warm, layered, beautifully done, so the house looks as good at ten at night as it does at noon. “Beautifully appointed” undersells it considerably. The location is, in a word, unbeatable. Unobstructed views of both mountains — something we didn’t quite believe until we saw it for ourselves. Trailheads are minutes away, town is an easy run, Moonlight Basin is close at hand”
