“We had an amazing stay in Gary’s apartment. It’s in such a great location with many great bars and restaurants nearby (plus a great little coffee shop right downstairs which does great coffee and cakes). The nearest subway station is only about 5 minutes away which made it easy to get to wherever we needed. Gary was very helpful and gave lots of handy information. Highly recommended!”

“Loved my stay at the Freeman Residences. The space itself was very well appointed, had high end finishes, and the one bedroom was huge for NYC. Perfectly located between Nolita and LES so everything you could possibly need was within walking distance, and located just a few minutes from several subway stations. Nitai was extremely responsive and helpful for any questions I had about the apartment. As for amenities, common areas were always clean and well maintained, but the standout was the roof with outdoor kitchen for guests to use. I would absolutely prioritize staying here again.”

“Sam couldn’t have been a more wonderful host. He ensured we arrived safely, helping us with all of our luggage into the apartment, and kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. PLUS, when he found out it was my birthday weekend, he even stopped by to leave a gift! We loved his attention to detail and the way he went above and beyond for us. The apartment itself is lovely, bright, and cozy, a true haven after a busy workday. We loved the location; it was tucked away from the chaos but still incredibly close to all the areas we wanted to visit. We would stay here again without a doubt. Thank you, Sam!”
