“Great place! I stayed in the apartment on Marcy for six weeks, and it had everything I needed for my stay. All the appliances were new and in excellent condition. Street parking was easy to find. The concierge team was very responsive, answered all my questions promptly, and made the entire experience seamless. “The apartment worked well for us. The location is amazing, great to walk to Hudson Yards, Chelsea Piers, West side highway and close to ACE subway. The apartment building is not the cleanest, but the apartment was clean. The elevator stopped working a few times during our stay, including the day of our checkout. For any issues that Rove could control they were very responsive when I contacted them. I will use Rove in the future. ”

“Fantastic property, location and host - our group of friends and family had an absolute wonderful stay. The check-in/check-out process was extremely easy, the house was very clean and accommodating for our group, and very pet friendly - the pool and poolhouse was the perfect setting for a leisurely pool day, watching World Cup from the pool, and having a BBQ - and the location couldn’t have been better for a long weekend getaway. Our group had the best time, 11/10 recommend!”

“We loved our stay here! Our kids really enjoyed the pool and enough room for the 4 of us. The only negative we would have to say (which isn’t the owners fault, it’s just something they’ll have to fix) was that the hood vent in the kitchen was dripping water the entire time. We let the homeowner know about it. But the lights on it at night would turn on every 3ish minutes and then turn back off all night. We couldn’t figure out how to get that to stop and the water dripping made me nervous about an electrical issue and potential fire hazard. So hopefully they get that checked out soon and fixed. Other than that our stay was amazing!”

The house is perfect for both kids and adults with a beautiful pool and outdoor setup. Megan had so many toys and games for us to play with during our stay and we truly couldn’t have had a better time. I wish I could gatekeep this house!!”

“Gorgeous home! One of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. This home is brand new, luxurious, meticulous and warm. You typically don’t find airbnbs of this caliber and attention to detail. You can tell the owners poured love into this home. The design and art selections were perfect and amazing. Would definitely come back.”

“Gorgeous house and view! Nick built the house himself and he did an incredible job. We especially loved sitting out on the deck and watching sailboats go by the lighthouse. One note regarding the bathrooms: as described in the listing, there are windows from the shower - downstairs the window looks into the main living area and upstairs, onto the deck. The windows did not fog up much. Not a problem for some groups traveling together, but people who require more privacy might find it uncomfortable. The floor to ceiling windows provide unparalleled views but do note that in summer months they can also create a bit of a greenhouse effect in the primary bedroom. This would be an incredible place to stay in fall, winter, or spring but be aware if you have a low tolerance for heat. Nick was very proactive in his communication and we loved meeting his dog Tashe, who befriended us while we were there. Overall a great stay and we would return!”

The only downsides were the check-in process, which required us to go to an external website to sign some type of agreements , and the pool, which was a little messy when we arrived. Overall, it's a lovely home and we had a good stay!"”
