“I stayed at No. 5 Henry St. for nearly the entire summer and cannot wait to stay in the building again next year. This was a rare case of the apartment and neighborhood exceeding expectations and looking better than the pictures. The space itself was clean, comfy and gorgeous. Everything felt nearly brand new and the apartment got the most gorgeous light throughout the day. Something you don’t see in the pictures but that I found extremely surprising and wonderful was the thoughtfulness of the design. What I mean by that is things were not only beautiful but functional. There were little hooks for towels where you needed them, tons of storage in every nook and cranny and just all the comforts you could need for a long stay. Beyond the space itself, everyone on staff at Fenix Living and on the building maintenance team were incredibly kind and accommodating. Emily especially made my stay special by going above and beyond with any and all needs. And the neighborhood? Best in NYC :)”

“Would stay here over and over again! Booked for my bachelorette for 9 people, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Huge living room, great amenities, very clean, and the surround sound music system was great. Not to mention the beautiful rooftop! On top of it all, Ali was a great host and extremely responsive. Do not hesistatet to book this airbnb- 100% worth it!”

“Of all the houses we could’ve stayed at for the weekend in the Hamptons, I’m so thankful it was Blake’s house that we landed on. The house itself is nothing shy of perfect, giving us all the amenities we could ask for and plenty more. As a host, you couldn’t find a more friendly, caring, informative & responsive host than Blake. You could tell he truly wanted us to have the best time. Our group said it’s a house we can’t wait to host our reunion at for years to come. Couldn’t be happier.”

“Excellent accommodations! I was in town with 6 other cousins to celebrate my Aunt’s 100th birthday. Five of us shared this Airbnb house and the two who insisted on staying in an expensive hotel were jealous. My Aunt was able to visit during the day several days in a row and commented that she felt like she was also away on vacation even though she resides near DelRay Beach. Open layout is conducive to casual entertaining. Plenty of space for multiple activities and small group conversations while still feeling connected. Pool area is lovely and makes house feel larger.”

“Scenery/views are 5/5. Cleanliness is 1/5 as of 8/25/26. We brought a significant amount of issues related to amenities, cleanliness, rodent issues and more to their attention. Some issues have been brought up in previous reviews dating back to last year. Hosts brush it off and didn’t take accountability for anything we brought up. Keep that in mind, as no reimbursement is being offered currently.”

“Stayed here with 5 other girls. Very spacious and nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool had some leaves in it so we didn’t get in but other than that, our stay was great.”

“We had an amazing stay at Biscayne Cove and a great experience booking through Rove Travel. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and ideally located for getting to both South Beach and Downtown Miami. The Rove team was also consistently responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Since we didn’t have a car, we appreciated the convenient covered pickup and drop-off area. The pool and gym were both excellent, and each time we used them, we had the spaces completely to ourselves. We were also positively surprised by checkout which was seamless, with no cleaning tasks required. We would happily book through Rove Travel again.”
