“The place was very comfortable and spacious with good light. I don’t normally like being in an air b n b when it’s another person’s residence but this space was very cozy and well maintained and tastefully decorated. Great beds, three full bathrooms and a large washer and dryer, all made for a lovely stay NYC. Also it was a perfect location for us.”

“We stayed at Unit 1, 333 Adelphi for 12 weeks. It’s a wonderful apartment in a beautiful and historic building. Lots of space, tonnes of character with its high ceilings and fireplaces, and super peaceful in a leafy, safe part of Fort Greene with wonderful neighbours and only 5 mins walk to great restaurants and the subway. Really nice back yard (perfect for our dog) and a patio out back of the basement level. Bed was incredibly comfortable and we’ve had the best sleeps we’ve ever had in New York. We couldn’t fault the service that Rove provided. Well stocked with everything needed for an extended stay, cleaning service was excellent, and they even put the trash out on the street for you every week. We couldn’t find fault with anything! ”

“Dan is not only the best host, but his place is incredible. My wife and I and our one year-old son felt right at home. His place is fully updated and comfortable. It’s also in one of the best locations in Brooklyn. So walkable to so many amazing restaurants, and near a Whole Foods for last-minute groceries. I couldn’t recommend his place more. If I could give it six stars, I would.”

“The house is a perfect spot for a large family or group to hang out while also being close to downtown Delray. It has a great pool and hang out areas. Everything is brand new as well.”
