“Loved my stay at the Freeman Residences. The space itself was very well appointed, had high end finishes, and the one bedroom was huge for NYC. Perfectly located between Nolita and LES so everything you could possibly need was within walking distance, and located just a few minutes from several subway stations. Nitai was extremely responsive and helpful for any questions I had about the apartment. As for amenities, common areas were always clean and well maintained, but the standout was the roof with outdoor kitchen for guests to use. I would absolutely prioritize staying here again.”

“Such a relaxing 2 weeks spent at Karen’s place. The water view and water access were extraordinary, the house was very clean, the owners were responsive to answer our questions, and provided the few missing supplies we needed via Amazon delivery or reimbursement. We got to play bocce, basketball, and kayak all right on the property, and enjoyed watching the large tv in the screening room — perfect for sporting events. The first floor bedroom’s window with eastern exposure could benefit from black-out shades. All in all, a very calming natuical retreat.”

“This is one of the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Jarvis is more than accommodating. His home is brand new and imperfect condition. The pool house and pool are such an added bonus. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. If you’re looking for a reason to book your stay, this is it!”

“My family and I recently stayed at this villa in Coral Gables and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was tremendous. Brian was quick to confirm my reservation and warmly welcome us to the home. He was also quick to respond to any questions I had leading up to our arrival. Upon arrival, we were amazed at the overall decor and cleanliness of the home. It was clear there was no attention to detail that was missed. The backyard is stunning and we made use of the pool everyday. Brian made it a point to check in during the visit to ensure we had everything we needed. He also provided clear check-out instructions for our departure. Overall, the experience was amazing and we would absolutely return to this location in the future the next time our plans take us to the Miami area. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a peaceful, resort-like getaway to book this villa.”

“Place looked nice online, but Brian ghosted us at 11pm. Had to book expensive hotel for 4 people. Brian blew it. Called. Texted. Messaged. No response. $2,000 prepaid for 2 nights and couldn’t be bothered to respond. Embarrassed me in front of my clients. Airbnb refunded, but I feel like they should have compensated us.”
