“The property itself was beautiful and had a lot of potential! I want to start by saying that the host and Rove Travel team were very nice, responsive, and truly tried to help us throughout our stay. We appreciated their communication and efforts to make things better. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by some serious maintenance issues. The AC was not working for our entire stay, which was especially difficult because it was an extremely hot weekend in Miami. Despite attempts to resolve the issue, it was not fixed during our visit, and the heat made staying at the property very uncomfortable. We also experienced sewer backups during our stay. Losing access to a bathroom for part of our stay was very inconvenient and affected our overall experience. We truly appreciate the kindness and responsiveness of the host and Rove Travel, but these unresolved issues had a major impact on our stay. We hope these problems are fixed for future guests - the property is truly beautiful!!”

“Felt like a lived in home. Not a five star hotel so set your expectations. Very spacoius and we only used two bedrooms in main house. Guest house looked nice too. A separate family could use it and not be disturbed. Very nice though some things need updating. Pool was nice. Washer dryer was a God send after going to the beach daily. Beds were comfortable and tv's throughout with ruku channels. Also note that concierge very prompt and attentive to issues like we had knob in shower come loose and they had someone out next day.”

“We loved our stay at Lisette's place. The home is thoughtfully designed and contains everything you might need - from plates and cooking utensils to chopped wood for the fire pit. The home is comfortable and cozy and in a nice quiet neighborhood that provides easy access to the beach and the towns of East Hampton and Sag Harbor. Lisette was incredibly communicative and available. We would definitely stay again!”

“We had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described in the Airbnb listing—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was fantastic, just an easy 7–10 minute walk to Central Park, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and subway stations nearby. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service. The hosts were always incredibly kind, responsive, and quick to help with anything we needed. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. We stayed for a month and felt completely at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable place in a fantastic location with wonderful hosts.”

“Hi Nico and Marissa, Nico and Marissa’s property was fabulous and beautifully stocked with quality linens and amenities. The bathrooms are luxurious and beautiful. Being in a relatively remote place, it was lovely to have modern amenities. It’s obvious much thought has been put into every detail. It’s quiet and very private but just a short drive to town. Instructions and communication were excellent. I highly recommend this property.”
