“The house is beautiful, comfortable, and very clean , exactly like the pictures. The house itself is huge, the beds are great, and overall we had a very nice stay. That said, there were a few disappointing issues. The pool was neither clean nor heated, even though we had specifically requested and paid for the pool heating service. Unfortunately, they were never able to get it heated during our stay, which was a major disappointment for us. We also did not have hot water for one night, although they did try to resolve the issue the following morning. The fire pit was also unavailable for use. One small detail: the closets are not designed properly for hanging clothes, so that was a bit inconvenient. Other than those issues, everything else was really nice, and they did provide a refund for the inconvenience, which we appreciated.”

“The apartment is great, all brand new. The bathrooms and kitchen are really nice. It's a pity the couch is not comfortable and the bed is against the windows with no side tables, the closet is only for short clothes. It would have been easy to correct these things but I guess not everyone has the same needs or vision with interior design. The building is very nice. Unfortunately when I was there it was still in construction and I was very upset to find out the front door wasn't locking and this took two weeks to fix. But all in all I recommend this apartment especially now that construction must be over.”

“A wonderful, peaceful respite. Nick met us upon arrival and was a wonderful host. The home is exquisite and full of hand crafted charm. The views of the Hudson and the light house are unmatched. The town of Kingston is great for dinner or drinks. Absolutely loved it.”

“Our visit to New York was made SO special this year because of Daniel's incredible home. First of all, once you enter the home, it is like you are in another world completely - the lush, private garden is the ultimately New York retreat. It's also extremely quite and serene - which is saying a lot for its location right on Bedford. What also made Daniel's really great for us was its incredible proximity to Manhattan. 2 minutes to the subway and 7 minutes to Union square. The L line provided incredible access to all of Manhattan -seeing shows on the west side and taking in Museums on the East - either way, we had incredible access to our home base back in Williamsburg. We can't wait to visit again!”
