“I had an amazing stay! The house was better than the photos; clean, well equipped, and the pool was perfect. Great location near Sag Harbor and a short drive from East Hampton. Note we needed to turn on the pool heater to heat the pool (the previous guest did not leave it on).”

“Through and through just a great place to stay, even as a couple or as families (plural!) this area and home was very cozy and had a homey vibe while also being central to all the popular areas and the beach. Having parks and water access within walking distance was a plus as well. The property itself had everything we needed and more, and the pool was amazing - thank you for everything !!! Highly recommend!!”

“We enjoyed our stay as a multi-generational family of 9. As others have noted, the area felt very safe. The property itself was as described and pictured. We did have an issue with the lock code provided but Rove’s support was stellar. They were immediately available and able to provide an alternate code that worked. Two opportunities for improvement are 1) be more clear that there is NO street parking available on the street of the property. Finding available parking daily was a challenge on neighboring streets and it was not clear from the listing or instructions provided that we would not be able to park on our street. 2) More convenience items in the kitchen would be helpful - foil/plastic wrap, ziploc bags for example - for food storage. I also recommend updating the cookware as the items available were pretty old and worn, some of which did not sit flat on the stove. All in all, we had a wonderful visit and enjoyed the property. Would definitely stay again.”

“We stayed here for 2 weeks, and loved the backyard oasis, the pool is stunning and a huge feature of this home. The kitchen is fully stocked with chef grade appliances which we love to cook so that was a plus. We had a great sleep in the comfortable bed. Overall the stay was wonderful! We did have a problem with the WiFi, which was fixed by the owner a week into our stay. The AC broke short term and that was also fixed. The owners communication was great and they constantly checked in to see if we were okay and comfortable after these few issues, we really appreciated their care into us being comfortable for the two weeks. It is in a great location close to the inter-coastal which we walked to everyday, it’s a drive away from everything! We enjoyed our stay here.”

“Brand new construction, very large public spaces appointed with RH furniture and beautiful modern style design give an overall elevated feel. House is only 10 mins drive from center of town in a wooded area where other new construction seems to be developing. We didn’t hear any construction noise, in case you might be wondering about that. As a family we enjoyed the pool and game room in the well lit basement (actually ground floor). The sauna and steam shower in basement were also enjoyable. Movie room has a large TV, not projector, but works for a family movie night. Overall very pleasant stay which we would be glad to repeat and extend if pricing were a little more competitive.”
