“Scenery/views are 5/5. Cleanliness is 1/5 as of 8/25/26. We brought a significant amount of issues related to amenities, cleanliness, rodent issues and more to their attention. Some issues have been brought up in previous reviews dating back to last year. Hosts brush it off and didn’t take accountability for anything we brought up. Keep that in mind, as no reimbursement is being offered currently.”

“We do not rent a lot so there are some things that are very important to us and #1 on the list is a great host and Kim and Ed exceeded that goal! Very responsive, friendly, helpful and just nice people. The house was exactly as expected. Everything was clean and everything worked!!! To top it off, the bed in the master was very comfortable as were the pillows. Home run in my book!! I would rent this home again in a heartbeat. I would also highly recommend it to any close friends or family.”

“This is a very nice house locating near West Hollywood and sunset blvd, Beverly Hills etc. the host is super nice they welcomed us with fresh flowers, a bottle of rose and lots of fresh fruits. The view is perfect in the living room, the pool is nice and with separate pool house/ studio we can use. There is grills too. We had a short stay so didn’t get to use it. The bed is really comfy, and all the bathroom amenities is authentic aesop products. We had a great stay there.”

“I don't really know where to begin other than to say this was the single best Airbnb we've ever stayed in. The home is incredibly beautiful, clean, and in a great part of town. Despite being an enormous home, it felt very comfortable and was perfect for hanging out with everyone. There are countless restaurants within a few block radius, yet we never felt like it was loud. Everything is walkable and we felt very safe. It was perfect. The host deserves a special shout out for responsiveness. Anything we needed and she responded immediately. And a rare touch at check out..."Please just leave the keys and we'll handle everything else!" No complex instructions or a dozen things to do was much appreciated with a day of travel ahead of us. “Great building and great apartment. New, modern, clean and phenomenal views over Manhattan! The rooftop has 180 views over all of the city. Great location. The building manager was very helpful, organised cleaning on demand, felt like a serviced apartments. Highly recommend!”
