Also Rove and the owner are excellent, I had extended my stay a few days before and needed to leave on my original date and they were understanding. ”

“Adam and Carol's apartment is excellent. I spent about 40 days there and from the beginning I already felt at home. The space is large, the bed comfortable, the bathrooms great, the kitchen complete and the balcony is excellent at any time of the day, as the view is magnificent. I will always remember the time I spent in the apartment with joy.”

“Mike’s place is fantastic. This was our first visit to Malibu, and his house was the perfect place to call home. The house is modern, well-appointed, and very comfortable, with truly amazing views. Starting the day with coffee on the patio while spotting dolphins was a highlight. The location is also convenient to great restaurants, beaches, and shopping. Mike was an excellent host—responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout our stay. He provided some great dinner and beach ideas. One thing to note (common for much of Malibu) is the proximity to PCH. The windows throughout most of the house do a good job minimizing noise indoors, but you will notice some road noise when outside on the patios. It wasn’t an issue for us, just something to be aware of. Overall, a five-out-of-five stay. Great property, great host—we’d absolutely come back.”

“This place was great overall. Big space. Well appointed. Perfect location - just a block from the beach, 5 mins from restaurants and 10 mins from Target and shopping options. But it needed a little TLC and had some inconveniences. Little details were missing like kitchen utensils to cook things or oven mitts, a front door mat for when you drag in sand from the beach or a vacuum cleaner, none of the bedrooms are fully blackout (they all allow light in, especially the master bedroom, so we had trouble sleeping), the dishwasher wasn’t working properly and the shower handles were all backwards with hot and cold. Overall, beautiful place, great location, relatively clean but just needs a little buttoning up in some areas, particularly for its price point.”

“My family and I came in last minute for some Spring Break sunshine. We wanted a private place but close to beach. Had both of those and more. Beautiful home. The resort style backyard was stunning. We didnt need to bring a thing for our kiddos, they were entertained the whole time. The home had everything you needed. My kids enjoyed the daily bike rides in the safe neighborhood. Lots to do. Highly recommend. Rania and Family were amazing hosts.”
