“This Malibu house is a beautifully decorated retreat! Such a great view, QUIET neighborhood. James was super responsive to all my questions. My only caution is that this could be a tricky layout to have with a crawling baby! But we were HAPPY to manage that for the chance to relax in this beautiful space.”

We especially enjoyed the pool, open kitchen, and comfortable living room area which served our large group well for hanging out during the day/night. The property is also conveniently located to attractions nearby such as hiking and great restaurants. As a host, Sylvia was communicative and kind throughout. Highly recommend this property!”
