Additionally, I love the location super accessible and walkable! Everyone helps out when needed! Also Rove and the owner are excellent, I had extended my stay a few days before and needed to leave on my original date and they were understanding. ”

“Myself, a few friends and pups had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The place was better than the pictures and each bedroom had its own charm, and the back yard was such a nice escape from NYC life. The bedrooms were all very nice comfortable, and each bathroom was extremely clean and stocked with plenty of towels for a group of gals! The kitchen fully stocked with everything you could need, from paper towels, dinnerware, lobster crackers, to all the pots and pans. The pool was a great size, and the outdoor seating with the fly tent and "roof" made hanging outside so great even during a quick rain shower! We could keep working or just chill without getting wet. Dan and Andy were awesome—really friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 and we hope to come back! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!”

“Mike’s place is fantastic. This was our first visit to Malibu, and his house was the perfect place to call home. The house is modern, well-appointed, and very comfortable, with truly amazing views. Starting the day with coffee on the patio while spotting dolphins was a highlight. The location is also convenient to great restaurants, beaches, and shopping. Mike was an excellent host—responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout our stay. He provided some great dinner and beach ideas. One thing to note (common for much of Malibu) is the proximity to PCH. The windows throughout most of the house do a good job minimizing noise indoors, but you will notice some road noise when outside on the patios. It wasn’t an issue for us, just something to be aware of. Overall, a five-out-of-five stay. Great property, great host—we’d absolutely come back. ”

His home is exactly as described and matches the pictures. We found our stay to be very relaxing and peaceful—very comfortable for a family. His home had every amenity you would need and then some. They even had pool toys and floats out for the kids when we got there!”

“Such a wonderful special venue! We had a lovely experience and team retreat here. The kitchen is the heart of the home and amazing. While there were some small issues with the water due to a mistake made by the gardener — the host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. We felt well cared for and supported and they worked to resolve the issue quickly, which they did. This is a lovely home and we had a lovely experience here. The view, the spaciousness, the sunset, the sunrise.. The lovely breeze! The size of the rooms. We just had a great time cooking together and just enjoying our time connecting. I highly recommend this rental. The hosts are great and it was quite enjoyable!”

We had a couple of minor issues but Dan and Andy were immediately responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here for a getaway to the Hamptons.”
