The kids absolutely loved the backyard and pool area, and the adults appreciated how easy everything was, from check‑in to communication. “Mike’s place is fantastic. This was our first visit to Malibu, and his house was the perfect place to call home. The house is modern, well-appointed, and very comfortable, with truly amazing views. Starting the day with coffee on the patio while spotting dolphins was a highlight. The location is also convenient to great restaurants, beaches, and shopping. Mike was an excellent host—responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout our stay. He provided some great dinner and beach ideas. One thing to note (common for much of Malibu) is the proximity to PCH. The windows throughout most of the house do a good job minimizing noise indoors, but you will notice some road noise when outside on the patios. It wasn’t an issue for us, just something to be aware of. Overall, a five-out-of-five stay. Great property, great host—we’d absolutely come back. ”

“This is a lovely, spacious apartment in a great neighborhood with lovely Park views. We had a few maintenance issues and Rove’s team was very responsive and kept us in close communication. The only downside was the living room sofa which we recommend replacing. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. ”

“Dan and Andy are wonderful hosts with a fantastic house! We were traveling with our 6 month old baby and made a few requests which they willingly accommodated. Their house is clean, well appointed and stocked, and has beautiful, serene surroundings. We faced a few minor issues, which they addressed promptly. Great stay. ”
