“The apartment is great, all brand new. The bathrooms and kitchen are really nice. It's a pity the couch is not comfortable and the bed is against the windows with no side tables, the closet is only for short clothes. It would have been easy to correct these things but I guess not everyone has the same needs or vision with interior design. The building is very nice. Unfortunately when I was there it was still in construction and I was very upset to find out the front door wasn't locking and this took two weeks to fix. But all in all I recommend this apartment especially now that construction must be over.”

“We had an amazing stay at Rove/Jennifer’s property! The house is absolutely beautiful—even prettier than the photos—and located in a wonderfully private yet convenient area near East Hampton. “Overall, the house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and communication was good. There were, however, a few details that future guests may want to clarify before booking. We booked the property because it was listed as an “Entire Place.” Three days before arrival, we were informed that the host lives in the basement of the same house and that the basement is not included unless an additional fee is paid. If complete privacy is important to you, I recommend confirming exactly which areas of the property are included in your reservation and make sure you have basement to yourself . The listing states that the home can accommodate up to 8 guests, but we had access to only two bedrooms (one king and one queen). So 2 rooms are good for 4 adults and not 8. the house has no curtains, blinds, or blackout shades. The natural light is lovely, but families with young children, light sleepers, or guests who prefer darker rooms may want to keep this in mind. Thanks”

“We had an amazing stay in Gary’s apartment. It’s in such a great location with many great bars and restaurants nearby (plus a great little coffee shop right downstairs which does great coffee and cakes). The nearest subway station is only about 5 minutes away which made it easy to get to wherever we needed. Gary was very helpful and gave lots of handy information. Highly recommended!”
