“Great Location Great House”

“House is a great size. Perfect for our group to all have space. House feels very private and secluded. Loved having the pool and tennis court to enjoy. Just a note, the hot tub was a temporary tub, not the one pictured in the listing. Otherwise the house was lovely and we would definitely visit again!”

“这个公寓非常好找，在108街离哥大校园非常近，走路大概就10分钟，道路也比较安全。我们入住的是两个卧室，两个卫生间，客厅和餐厅都非常大两个卧室是1米5的双人床床垫也比较舒适。厨房的抽油烟机风力非常大，适合我们做饭非常的方便。旁边有三四个超市，还有一家韩国人的超市购物非常方便同时有餐厅喜茶，贡茶，酸菜鱼 小笼汤包的中餐及一些意大利的餐厅。 这套公寓的负1楼有健身房，还有花园，楼顶R层有休闲椅，还能看到纽约的夕阳晚霞太美了。 跟房东的沟通也非常不方便，需要物品的话能够及时的回复。不过需要提早一星期沟通好，使得物品能够及时的到达。如果价格能下调一点的话就会更好，就能够长期居住”

“Rove rented out the apartment to us knowing that the next door wall on wall building was under total renovation throughout the six weeks we were there. They took advantage of AirB&B and got premium rent for it. I have put in a claim for almost 50% of the rent paid and am still waiting to hear back from them. Lesson learned.”

“This home was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was thoughtfully designed and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The spaces were warm, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing. It was especially wonderful for our family with children — there were plenty of thoughtful touches that made traveling with kids so much easier, from the layout of the rooms to the amenities provided. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. The host was very communicative and available when needed.”

And made sure that we were able to feel right at home and relax. The neighborhood was also very charming and the house offers great privacy. We hope to be back again in the future.”

“We had a delightful time here. Having 4 bedrooms and the space to spread out was perfect. We enjoyed using the pool almost daily. The kitchen was well stocked for heating up foods; cooking simple things, etc. Big refrigerator! They were extremely responsive to a few requests. W ewould go back there again!”
