“Mike’s place is fantastic. This was our first visit to Malibu, and his house was the perfect place to call home. The house is modern, well-appointed, and very comfortable, with truly amazing views. Starting the day with coffee on the patio while spotting dolphins was a highlight. The location is also convenient to great restaurants, beaches, and shopping. Mike was an excellent host—responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout our stay. He provided some great dinner and beach ideas. One thing to note (common for much of Malibu) is the proximity to PCH. The windows throughout most of the house do a good job minimizing noise indoors, but you will notice some road noise when outside on the patios. It wasn’t an issue for us, just something to be aware of. Overall, a five-out-of-five stay. Great property, great host—we’d absolutely come back. ”

“Daniel purchased a new coffee pot when I inquired re type of basket, his response time was quick with every question I had and the garbage disposal developed a leak and he replaced it within a few hours, the house was beautiful and met the needs of our six people. Availability of two car garage was greatly appreciated.”

“This is a lovely, spacious apartment in a great neighborhood with lovely Park views. We had a few maintenance issues and Rove’s team was very responsive and kept us in close communication. The only downside was the living room sofa which we recommend replacing. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. ”

Our family of four stayed for a week, loved the location, proximity to downtown Westhampton, the pool and cabana, the arrangement and style of the home, all of it. “What a wonderful stay! Was exactly what I was hoping for, a great penthouse spot (complete with view!) that let us explore Dumbo. Location is great -- just off the busier area of Dumbo so it felt quiet but 5m to get to the center of it all. And a great deck -- would recommend!”

“My family and I came in last minute for some Spring Break sunshine. We wanted a private place but close to beach. Had both of those and more. Beautiful home. The resort style backyard was stunning. We didnt need to bring a thing for our kiddos, they were entertained the whole time. The home had everything you needed. My kids enjoyed the daily bike rides in the safe neighborhood. Lots to do. Highly recommend. Rania and Family were amazing hosts.”

“This home was perfect for our group's stay. The location made it easy to get all the places we wanted to go, beach, downtown, airport. The area was great with lots of nearby local food options. The home looked like the pics, was very clean, comfy beds, plenty of towels, and all the listed amenities. It had good space for hanging out, but also being separate for sleeping. The fact each bedroom had it's own ensuite was a bonus. Our host provided earplugs for the outside street noise, this home is on a main road, but we didn't need them as it quieted down through the night and little noise we heard was more like white noise. We'd definitely stay again.”

We were hosting relatives visiting from abroad with their children, and this house turned out to be the perfect place for everyone to feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly at home.
